Amaia Land Corp. is accelerating construction of its 4.5-hectare mid-rise condominium development project in Pasig City due to increased demand, mostly from young professionals and growing families.

Loreene Fabi, sales development and marketing head of Amaia Land said it will soon launch its fourth mid-rise building – Clara — at the Amaia Steps Pasig. This is to augment its current three nine-story buildings—Aria, Blanca, and Esperanza.

“This is to accommodate even more potential homebuyers, mostly young professionals and growing families,” said Fabi.

Fabi said that their project has become attractive because of its strategic location in Ortigas central business district and the lifestyle hubs in and around the area just a few minutes’ drive away.

The development is also close to retail centers such as Tiendesitas and SM Supercenter Pasig. It is nearby the popular foodies’ destinations found in the Kapitolyo Village and the Greenfield District.

Fabi said Amaia Steps Pasig is near major thoroughfares as well such as C5 via C. Raymundo Avenue and Mercedes Avenue, while commuters will have access to transport stations for jeepneys, shuttle services, and ferries.

It features studio units which range in size from 23.70 to 26.95 square meters; deluxe from 29.62 to 34.06 square meters; and premier which offers a more expansive 40.56 to 45.47 square meters.
